Chest pain, what could be the cause?

you must have someone to kiss your chest three times a day :) if not you must a have a cat to sit on your chest as you watch tv..or else who must wear a special t-shirt with things printed on which excite you..or else you must punch your chest and scream like tarzan every morning..or else yes, we have doctors! They are wel educated and some are handsome! :D
