Need a handbag brand marketing company?

My stepdad and mom have a handbag line, but we are stumped as to who we should look into as a marketing company to get this off it's feet. It's a great invention of a handbag with a built in drawer, www.lizcouture.com. It's a promising product, but it needs more exposure.
