Ramadan: Do you rely on material things to make your personality more appealing?

and is it wrong in islam? I feel like i need to show how beautiful my personality is by showing it through how i dress nicely. I also cover up, i wear the abaya,black hijab& a jeans jacket along with my handbag with the lil bow on it to give it that feminine feel to it. I have halal perfume-don't spray too much that when ppl brush beside me they don't smell nothing except for me or if they come too close. I wear flowery 90's glasses to make myself look so cool&funky lol. I use to be all messed up...i am still messed up a little in personality dopey depressed unattractive....i feel i NEED to potray myself by material things. Especially how i dress.MOST IMPORTANT. except my all my dresses stop to my ankle lol i look so stumpy!! It depresses me& i feel i can't go onnn.:( i can't dress properly and its ruining my personality. All i want to be is modest and neat&feminine but sometime bad as to be wrong with what i wear. I use to be worst so im glad at least i improved. I use to wear anything, baggy jeans, sometimes the colours don't match, un ironed scarves. Ew -shrug to the image- so anyways, is this wrong? Do you guys rely on material things too??????
