I need certain medical advice. Before that I want to take thru a quick introduction.?

My name is Kavish. I belonged to a decent family in every sense. Now I am 32 yrs old. My father died due to abdominal cancer & mom due to crf & diabetes. I am suffering from diabetes from past 10 yrs. Recently I noticed numbness & swolleness in legs . I was shocked. Apart from it , I took therapy for OCD. My hands shake vigourously when concentrated. I also suffer from ADD. I cannot concentrate. I have a small family with my baby girl of 3 yrs. Financially I am broke & work in a call centre. We were good till my dad died as all ailments were taken care off. Now I am in pathetic condition. I dont know what to do, sometimes \i want to commit suicide. But then thinking of my family , I stop. My mental & physical health is deterorating . I dont know what to do. I have a small piece of land but my parents made a Mandir on it, I think I should clear it & sell the land. But from inside I am not accepting it & i cannot see anything apart from it. Please suggest me something about my health & financial problems. What should be my course of action . I dont have money to go to professionals. Please help.
