What does an infected mosquito bite look like ?

i think i was bit by a mosquito about 2 days ago, ( i was at the lake around 12-4 am. ) it is now a biiiig red knot and has stuff coming out when i squeeze it. its warm when you touch it. help ?? please, thanks.
