Can anxiety/hypertension jumpstart coughing up blood?

Now, I'm no doctor, but let's say a person has bronchitis, lung cancer, or something along the lines of a ailment affecting the respiratory tract. If the throat is weak, and if that person starts hyperventilating or panicking, could that possibly lead to them coughing up blood? I'm just curious(:
