I am interested in mechanical engineering. But I am week to do heavy works. Can i manage in the proffession?

I am having an ailment called Ehler & Danlos Syndrome in which the muscle tone is not proper and feel muscular week, I got good marks in IIT, I am interested in Mechanical Branch. Can I manage studying BTech in Mechanical Branch and can I manage in my proffession
