I have small pimples all over my chest as well as peeling skin.Could this been hormonal changes taking place?

Not prone to bad skin nor peeling! Haven't been in sun and not using new products. Worried about pregnancy OR menopause! Weird I know, but paranoid! Another ailment is excruciating lower back pain. Due for menstrual cycle with no usual cramps. A little concerned. Weird things happening unlike me. Thanks!
