Since SCIENCE is TRUTH, then doesn't that mean....?

No. Bits of data are true. The explanation of that causes those bits of data to react to stimulus as they do is open to interpretation. THE TRUTH is composed of little bits of truth. And no one needs be prophet to put together bits of data (truth) in order to find a hypothesis, which they can then subject to peer review and repetitive experiments.
