What happened to my German Shepherd :(?

I didn''t have a problem having a vet do a necropsy on my dog. I don't know any reason a vet wouldn't do one if you wanted it. Otherwise, there is no way to tell what happened. She could have had a tumor in her nose or any number of other things. Talk with your vet for something more definitive. I'm sorry for your loss.
