What kind of illness do I have?

For the past month I have been suffering from different ailments such as fever, dizziness, stomach aches, headaches, and my pee was darker and just recently a cough. I went to the doctor a week and a half ago and had some tests run to see possible problems. I don't have diabetes or anything sever like that, however they did find some inflammation in my liver. The doctor said it could just be a virus and to just drink lots of water to try and wash it through my system. He said that could be a reason my urine content was darker. Anyways it's been a couple weeks since then and most of my symptoms have disappeared with the exception of fevers at night and dizziness and fatigue when I wake up in the morning. Do any of you have any idea of what it could be? Thanks for any help you can provide.
