Would you leave your husband?

If he kept it and lied to you for three months cause he thought it was the right thing to do at the time because he was worried he'd lose his job, and he is the sole financial supporter of the family, we have been under alot of stress witch he caused by lying and holding back this very serious ailment, then he confided in another women who he asked for advice before telling his wife and made it seem like he's cheating but he was trying to find the right way to tell his family...is it wrong to leave him thinking things between us will be different because I feel betrayed,unimportant, very very hurt is it wrong
